Our Executive Board

Positions and Responsibilities

Mark Davis is President

The President

• Moderates the Board meetings of the Fellowship;
• Assembles and distributes agenda for each Board meeting;
• Develops and shares Board actions at the Annual meeting;
• Authorizes expenditures and contracts;
• Works closely with the ministry, office staff and committees.

Paul Seadler is Vice President

The Vice President

• Serves as President when and if the President is unable to serve;
• Assists the President in the performance of duties;
• Organizes and chairs the Fellowship Council;
• Develops personnel policy, establishes & monitors staff contracts;
• Keeps a running list of action items.

Shawna Brinkerhoff is Treasurer

The Treasurer

• Oversees receipt of all monies of the Fellowship for those expenditures approved by the congregation, within the limits of the Annual Budget;
• Completes Federal and State reports.

Mary Slade is Corresponding Secretary

The Corresponding Secretary

• Assists the Recording Secretary in all duties and performs duties in absence of the Recording Secretary;
• Assists the Board in preparation and record keeping of correspondence mailed on behalf of the Fellowship;
• Notifies Volunteers of the Month.

Kay Saucier is Recording Secretary

The Recording Secretary

• Is responsible for all documents of the Fellowship;
• Keeps a permanent record of all business meetings, which includes Board, Council and Annual meetings;
• Reports on the presence of a quorum at all business meetings.

Susan Knause is a Member-at-Large (Senior)

The senior Member-at-Large

• Relays comments, critiques and requests between Board and the congregation and serves as a representative of the congregation’s members during Board discussions;
• Keeps the policy book updated;
• Assists the Treasurer.

Barbara Bowman is a Member-at-Large (Junior)

• Relays comments, critiques and requests between Board and the congregation and serves as a representative of the congregation’s members during Board discussions;
• Keeps the policy book updated;
• Assists the Treasurer;
• Reports on the Suggestion Box.

Erin Gallagher is a Member-at-Large (Newest)

• Relays comments, critiques and requests between Board and the congregation and serves as a representative of the congregation’s members during Board discussions;
• Keeps the policy book updated;
• Assists the Treasurer;
• Reports on the Suggestion Box.

Cindy Curry is a member of the Nominating Committee (Senior)

The Nominating Council is elected by the Congregation to assemble a slate of nominees for vote at the Annual Meeting, which requires a clear understanding of the responsibilities of Board positions, honest discussions of qualifications of eligible members, and consideration of the diversity of the Fellowship.

Beverly Peters is a member of the Nominating Committee (Junior)

The Nominating Council is elected by the Congregation to assemble a slate of nominees for vote at the Annual Meeting, which requires a clear understanding of the responsibilities of Board positions, honest discussions of qualifications of eligible members, and consideration of the diversity of the Fellowship.
